About the Role

As a Homeowner Services Coordinator, you will manage applicant records, communicate with program participants, and guide individuals through program requirements and documentation. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure applicants progress through the housing program pipeline efficiently and accurately.

About You

Required:

Experience in case management, client services, housing programs, or community support environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly to applicants.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when managing documentation and program records.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using database or CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Preferred:

Bilingual Spanish skills or experience working with diverse communities.
