About the Role
About You
- Master's degree in social work from an accredited school of social work.
- Licensed with the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist Board.
- Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
- Hospice and Palliative Care certification.
- Two years of previous hospice, home health or medical social work experience.
