About the Role
As a Hospice Aide I, you will assist with basic activities of daily living such as bathing, feeding, and ambulation under the direction of a nurse. You will also provide companionship and emotional support to patients, ensuring their comfort and dignity. The position requires effective communication with the interdisciplinary team and adherence to safety policies and procedures.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
Preferred:
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Compassionate and confident working independently in a field-based or home-care setting.
