About the Role
About You
- Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in direct client care in an institutional setting (hospital or nursing facility) or 1 year of experience within the last 5 years in direct client care in a home health or hospice setting.
- Satisfactory completion of a training and competency evaluation program that complies with federal and state regulations.
- Registered and listed in good standing on the Nurse Aide Registry in the state of employment.
- Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile insurance with reliable transportation.
- Ability to recognize the needs of people and maintain good relationships.
- Capacity to make meaningful observations and communicate them effectively to supervisors.
