About the Role
As the Executive Director, you will coordinate and complete projects to support the company's objectives, oversee patient eligibility for home care services, implement administrative practices, and act as a liaison with management and other departments. You will also be responsible for motivating and retaining qualified staff while ensuring quality service delivery.
About You
Required:
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure with at least 1 year supervisory or administrative experience in a home healthcare or a related field.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
Preferred:
- Home care experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to work independently.
- Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.
