About the Role
As a Hospice LVN Nights On Call, you will be responsible for delivering LPN/LVN-level hospice nursing services, observing and reporting patient data, implementing nursing interventions, educating patients and families, and managing assigned caseloads. You will collaborate with the hospice team and participate in quality improvement activities while adhering to hospice policies and regulations.
About You
Required:
- California Licensed Vocational Nurse required upon hire.
- Minimum 1 year as an LVN (6 months home care preferred).
- Infusion and Venipuncture Certification required.
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Preferred:
- Strong clinical nursing skills; knowledge of hospice and palliative care practices preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Electronic Health Record systems preferred.
