About the Role
As the Patient Care Manager - Hospice, you will assist the Executive Administrator/Executive Director/Director of Clinical Operations with all patient care activities. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with hospice policies, promoting quality of care, engaging in problem resolution, and providing in-services to staff to enhance patient safety and regulatory knowledge.
About You
Required:
- Current unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice.
- 1+ years of clinical experience.
- Current CPR certification requirements.
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
- Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.
Preferred:
- 4+ years full-time experience as an RN or equivalent.
- Able to work independently.
- Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.
