- Ability to work well within a team environment and collaborate with various healthcare professionals.
- Strong time management skills to manage visits, documentation, and meetings.
- Willingness to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
- Experience in hospice care or similar healthcare settings.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
