About the Role
As a Hospice RN On-Call, you will perform initial nursing assessments on new admissions, coordinate and revise care plans, communicate patient progress to the clinical team, maintain accurate patient care records, educate families on care needs, and perform on-call responsibilities as assigned.
About You
Required:
- Current RN license specific to the state of California.
- One+ year of nursing experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance.
