About the Role
As a Senior Health and Science Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business strategies, engaging with customers to drive product demand, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs. You will utilize digital tools for customer engagement and ensure compliance with Pfizer's guidelines while building strong relationships with healthcare providers.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience OR an associate's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience OR a high school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- History of hospital sales or sales success, strong territory management skills, and outstanding communication skills.
- Valid US driver's license and a driving record in compliance with company standards.
- Candidate must live within 50 miles of the border of the territory.
Preferred:
- 3-5 years sales experience with a strong understanding of the hospital/alternate site and generic injectables space.
- Ability to summarize large amounts of data quickly for effective pre-call planning.
- Strong knowledge of hospital sales dynamics, including GPO contracts and hospital procurement.
- Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and support customers throughout the marketing, promotional, and sales process.

- Annual base salary ranging from $101,500 - $245,400.
