About the Role
As a Hospital Manager, you will supervise staff across all hospital support departments, manage hiring and training processes, conduct performance appraisals, oversee daily operations, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with administrative responsibilities. You will also be responsible for managing local accounting functions and maintaining a culture of trust and teamwork within the hospital.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, health science or related field strongly preferred.
- Five years of direct office management experience, including at least two years of supervisory experience.
- Ability to provide customer service in a courteous, prompt, and efficient manner.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products and organization-specific software.
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.
Preferred:
- Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) or Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA).
- Strong analytical skills related to hospital finances.
- Experience in strategic planning for financial forecasting and marketing.
- Proven leadership skills to manage and direct hospital staff.
- Ability to adapt to changes and manage compliance regulations.
