- Recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
- Strong clinical dosing background including Vancomycin AUC, Aminoglycosides, Heparin, and TPN management
- Understanding of USP <797> standards
- Experience with sterile compounding and IV room procedures
- Familiarity with Cerner documentation systems
