As a Hospitalist Medical Director, you will oversee hospitalist service operations, supervise hospitalist staff, and represent the staff within the community and hospital. You will influence company decisions and facilitate the development of new leaders while ensuring high-quality patient care.
About You
Required:
- Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Experience in hospitalist medicine and leadership roles.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a medical director position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
