Summary
SAIC is seeking a Hosting Services Manager (SETA) to join their team in Chantilly, VA. The role involves overseeing service requests for public/private cloud services and SIGINT data processing.
About the Role
As a Hosting Services Manager (SETA), you will assist a government customer in managing service requests, assessing user needs, capturing requirements, and ensuring successful service delivery. You will serve as a technical liaison, perform market research, facilitate Technical Exchange Meetings, and make design recommendations. The role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft and/or Unix Operating Systems, as well as the ability to prepare program plans and perform requirements analysis.
About You
Required:
- US Citizenship.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and nine (9) years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree in a STEM related field and five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with current Poly.
- Direct experience with NRO.
- Proven expertise in hybrid IT environments, including grid computing, cloud services, hosting services, and data center management.
Preferred:
- Comprehensive understanding of ITIL frameworks.
