About the Role
As an Hourly In-House Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for executing quality flooring installations according to company procedures. Your daily tasks will include preparing and installing flooring, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, handling company machinery and tools, and interacting with customers in a friendly manner. You will also need to ensure high-quality standards are met and travel to various job sites throughout the week.
About You
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in flooring installation.
- Valid driver's license and functioning vehicle.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift 50 - 75 lbs repeatedly.
Preferred:
- Experience with various flooring types and installation techniques.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
