Summary
Valley Medical Center is seeking a Housekeeper to join their Environmental Services team in Renton, WA. The role involves performing a variety of housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the hospital.
About the Role
As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning patient rooms, collecting and transferring trash and soiled linen, and ensuring that all areas are maintained according to department procedures. You will also respond to customer cleaning requests and communicate any maintenance needs to your supervisor.
About You
Required:
- 6 months of experience in commercial housekeeping.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Demonstrates good interpersonal skills in a diverse population.
- Able to work on assigned shift and weekends.
- Works independently.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of computers.
- Previous experience in housekeeping at Valley Medical Center.
