About the Role
As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in all resident apartments, public areas, and common areas. Your daily tasks will include completing community and resident laundry, ensuring a safe environment, and encouraging teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.
Preferred:
- Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience.
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
