Grand Living is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to join their team in Coral Gables, FL. The role involves enhancing the overall Resident experience by ensuring all areas of the community are neat, orderly, and welcoming for guests.
About the Role
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the community, providing housekeeping services, and ensuring a high level of Resident satisfaction. You will model friendly, courteous, and professional behavior while working under the guidance of the Director of Environmental Services.
About You
Required:
- Ability to read, write and speak the English language sufficiently to communicate with Residents, guests and fellow employees.
- Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, extending arms overhead to perform cleaning tasks, and work in narrow and confined spaces.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and work continuously without sitting for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds and push or pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds.
Preferred:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Housekeeping experience.
