About the Role
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will assist the Coordinating Manager in maintaining high-quality housekeeping standards, training and supervising departmental personnel, and ensuring all cleaning schedules are completed. You will conduct daily inspections and coordinate cleaning schedules for patient rooms, offices, and public areas.
About You
Required:
- 1 year or more of management or supervisory experience.
- 3-5 years of Housekeeping/Environmental Services experience.
Preferred:
- Experience with the 7 Step cleaning process.
- Ability to conduct walk-through inspections and coordinate routine cleaning schedules.
