HumanGood is seeking a Housing Administrator - Affordable Housing to manage the overall operations of their residential community in Seattle, WA. The role focuses on providing quality services within budgetary boundaries.
About the Role
As a Housing Administrator, you will oversee the operations of the community, ensure compliance with HUD and local regulations, manage team members, build relationships with residents and agencies, and monitor the financial health of the community.
About You
Required:
2+ years of experience as a manager for affordable housing community or equivalent training and experience.
2+ years of experience leading and supervising a team.
HUD/Tax Credit Experience Required.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in social work, business, public administration, or a related field.
