About the Role
About You
- Three years of experience providing direct services in reentry planning of incarcerated persons and/or community supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Corrections, Sociology, Psychology, Public Administration, Law Enforcement, Criminology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Services, or similar field with an emphasis in Corrections/Criminal Justice.
- Completion of a degree in Corrections, Criminal Justice, Criminology, Counseling, Psychology, Education, Law, Law Enforcement, Social Work, Sociology, or a Human Services related field with emphasis in corrections or criminal justice.
- Knowledge of strategies to mitigate homelessness and support housing stabilization for justice-impacted people.

We employ staff in a wide variety of positions, from nurses to teachers and corrections officers! Correctional facilities are located in Faribault, Lino Lakes, Moose Lake, Oak Park Heights, Red Wing, Rush City, Shakopee, St. Cloud, Stillwater, Togo and Willow River. We also operate community services offices throughout Minnesota, where corrections agents supervise people in the community, and crew leaders supervise work crews. Additionally, the central office in St. Paul houses administrative and program development functions including financial services, human resources, and information technology.
