About the Role
As a Housing Development Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing file and unit inspections, notifying participants of compliance issues, maintaining databases, developing manuals, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also assist in preparing reports and addressing health, safety, and tenant issues.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations governing housing programs.
Preferred:
- Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) certification obtained within one year of employment.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, consultants, and public officials.
