About the Role
As a Housing Locator, you will perform housing searches for individuals, advocate on their behalf, and help them navigate the housing application processes. You will collaborate with program managers to ensure program fidelity and documentation accuracy, engage with clients in need of housing assistance, and build relationships with landlords and community partners to expand housing options.
About You
Required:
- A degree in the field of social services and two years’ experience working in the social services field.
- Must qualify for and pass Utah Department of Human Services Case Management Certification within 60 days of being hired.
- Familiarity with Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, and Housing First philosophies.
Preferred:
- Experience in case management or housing services.
- Ability to uphold professional boundaries and interact professionally with a diverse workforce.
