About the Role
As a Housing Navigator, you will work under the supervision of the Community Supports Supervisor to develop housing plans for clients, advocate for participants, engage with landlords, and coordinate with other case managers. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with housing applications, managing data entry, and ensuring compliance with housing services. The ultimate goal is to facilitate clients into permanent housing and provide ongoing support to sustain their living situations.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of High School Diploma and one year of housing navigation or case management experience.
- Experience working with homeless and/or vulnerable populations.
Preferred:
- Associates degree or lived experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Services or related field preferred.
- Current CPR and first aid certificate or willingness to be trained within the first 90 days of employment.
- Experience with Electronic Health Record System (EPIC) and HMIS training.
