About You
- Must be physically and mentally capable of performing outdoor work in all seasons.
- Ability to operate equipment such as walk behind snow blowers and lawn mowers.
- Must be able to lift and position objects weighing up to 50 lbs independently and 100 lbs with assistance.
- Demonstrate knowledge of various plants and fertilizers.
- Must be able to climb ladders and work in high locations.
- Experience in grounds maintenance or gardening.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
