- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as an HR Generalist or equivalent.
- Knowledge of employee benefits programs and HR compliance practices.
- Advanced organizational and analytical skills.
- Familiar with HRIS Systems (ADP).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
