Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an HR and Pay Data Subject Matter Expert to join their team in Arlington, VA. The role involves supporting an Army client on data management and analysis for the Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A).
About the Role
As an HR and Pay Data Subject Matter Expert, you will leverage your extensive industry knowledge to solve complex problems related to HR and pay data within the Department of Defense and Army. Your responsibilities will include leading data integration efforts, managing data visualization and reporting, and advising clients on data requirements and interface specifications. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to improve processes and enhance the efficiency of HR and pay professionals.
About You
Required:
10+ years of experience in the Army National Guard HR, S1, or G1 organizations.
2+ years of experience with Army National Guard Systems Integration Branch or Data Processing Branch.
Experience with identifying data sources and manipulating and extracting data for dashboards, visualization, or reports.
Experience working with databases or using SQL.
Ability to establish and maintain working relationships at all levels of the organization.
Ability to conduct rapid, independent decision-making in stressful situations.
Ability to lead fast-paced training delivery in challenging environments.
Secret clearance.
HS diploma or GED.
