About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related field is highly preferred.
- Minimum of three years of working experience in a Human Resources capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Professional HR certification is desired.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
