About You
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum of three years of experience in benefits administration.
- Detailed knowledge of benefit coverage provisions, legal requirements, and enrollment processes.
- CEBS certification preferred but not required.
- Broad perspective on industry plans, trends, vendors, and financing arrangements.
