Summary
Crystal Clean is seeking an HR Business Partner & Special Projects Lead to join their team in Hoffman Estates, IL. The role involves supporting a corporate employee population and leading special projects focused on talent development.
About the Role
As an HR Business Partner & Special Projects Lead, you will provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to approximately 200 employees. You will partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational objectives, drive engagement and culture initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Additionally, you will lead special projects focused on talent development, including succession planning and leadership assessments.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP experience supporting corporate functions.
- Experience designing leadership development initiatives, including succession planning or talent review processes.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and challenge leaders constructively.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging workforce data and analytics to provide actionable recommendations.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with HR Centers of Excellence.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting frontline, hourly, and salaried populations.
- Prior people leadership experience (direct or indirect).
- Bachelor's degree required; HR certification preferred.
