About the Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will guide and develop IMC's early career Technology talent. Your responsibilities will include enabling individual and team performance, developing engagement action plans, analyzing people data, operating as a change agent, and addressing employee relations matters. You will collaborate across the HR department to enhance the employee experience and solve complex talent issues.
About You
Required:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a progressive, fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in providing strategic guidance on complex people management issues.
- Superior communication skills to build effective relationships.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and present data-driven insights.
- Ability to drive change in key people activities.
Preferred:
- Formal training and accreditation in coaching, adult learning principles, and psychometric assessments.
- Strong critical thinking skills to identify interdependencies between complex issues.
- HR systems experience.
