ICF is seeking an HR Business Partner I to join their team in Reston, VA. The role involves shaping a positive, people-centered culture across the Energy, Environment & Infrastructure (EEI) Operating Group and supporting HR programs that enhance engagement and talent development.
About the Role
As an HR Business Partner I, you will support senior HR business partners in delivering tailored HR services to multiple EEI managers and leaders. Your responsibilities will include collaborating on talent and employee programs, managing compensation activities, utilizing data analytics for HR insights, and enhancing employee experience through various HR initiatives. You will also facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, support professional growth, and manage employee relations matters.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
2+ years of experience in assisting managers with talent management initiatives and resolving employee relations matters.
Preferred:
PHR/SPHR or SHRM CP or SCP certification.
Experience using data analytics to generate insights and present findings.
Demonstrated knowledge of HR practices including talent management and performance management.
Experience in HR project management and training delivery.
