About the Role
About You
- 8 years of progressive experience as a Human Resources partner.
- 2+ years of experience with Digital Transformation, IT, IT Operations, or Engineering/Product organization support as a Human Resources partner.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Organizational Change, or a relevant field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience including work in a global business unit.
- Proven experience supporting large-scale transformations (digital, AI, operating model, or business transformation).
- Strong change management, stakeholder management, and executive influencing skills.
- Familiarity with PM tools: MS Project, Office, PowerPoint, Power BI.
- Cultural competency working across diverse cultural contexts.
