About You
Required:
- 5-8 years of progressive HR experience with expertise in multiple HR functions.
- Strong understanding of HR business operations and their impact on organizational success.
- Experience supporting teams through periods of growth and change in fast-paced environments.
Preferred:
- Experience in both established organizations and high-growth environments.
- Startup or scale-up company experience, particularly in building HR processes.
- Background in technology or SaaS companies with understanding of global talent markets.
