About the Role
As an HR Coordinator at TAPCO, you will support the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding. You will lead the recruiting function, coordinate new hire onboarding activities, serve as a point of contact for employee questions, assist with employee engagement initiatives, maintain accurate employee records, and support performance review processes. Your role is crucial in creating a positive and engaging employee experience while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of HR, administrative, or customer-facing experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); HRIS experience is a plus.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
