About the Role
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for processing payroll, managing new hire onboarding, updating employee records, and administering health and welfare plans. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure adherence to company and state policies, and maintain accurate records for payroll and insurance providers.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience preferred.
- Bilingual – English and Spanish (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
