As an HR Generalist, you will collaborate with department leaders to understand workforce needs, manage full-cycle recruitment, support employee relations, maintain HR administration, and facilitate performance and development processes. You will also act as a trusted resource for employees regarding HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive work environment.
About You
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence leadership.
Proficiency in MPower and Microsoft Office.
