Summary

Insight Global is seeking an HR Instructional Designer to join their team in Orlando, FL. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing engaging learning programs for the Human Resources department.

About the Role

As an HR Instructional Designer, you will create eLearning modules, instructor-led courses, blended programs, and job aids while ensuring all content aligns with organizational goals. You will collaborate with HR leaders and subject matter experts to gather content, develop course structures, and build assessments. The role requires the use of authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to produce and deliver training, as well as evaluating content effectiveness using learner data and feedback. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
3+ years of instructional design and training development experience.
Experience designing eLearning, ILT, blended learning, and job aids (i.e., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Strong knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, or Agile instructional design models.

Preferred:

Professional HR certification.
Familiarity with gamification, VR, and mobile learning tools.
Experience in aviation or government organizations.
