As an HR Operations Specialist, you will act as a point of contact for HR queries, drive process excellence and standardization, optimize HR technology, identify opportunities for process improvement, ensure compliance with policies, contribute to cross-functional projects, and support benefits administration.
About You
Required:
- 6 years of HR Operations/Shared Services experience, preferably within a fast-paced global technology company.
- Proven experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and a strong focus on data integrity.
- Deep understanding of the employee lifecycle and ability to contribute to process optimization.
Preferred:
- Experience with global process excellence methodologies.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing HR projects with a sense of urgency.
