About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR or recruiting operations experience with strong coordination and communication skills.
- Experience with HRIS (e.g., UKG, ADP) and ATS systems (e.g., Lever, Ashby).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
- Familiarity with U.S. immigration processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to partner effectively across HR, hiring managers, and employees.
