About the Role
As an HR Operations Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and external stakeholders, resolving HR-related inquiries through various channels. Your responsibilities will include providing accurate information on HR policies, troubleshooting issues, conducting data updates within HR systems, and ensuring service level agreements are met. You will also maintain confidentiality and support global HR teams as needed.
About You
Required:
- Associate's degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Research and analytical skills for troubleshooting routine situations.
- Technical aptitude for navigating HR processes.
- Basic skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred:
- Experience in customer service within an HR context.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and confidentiality standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
