About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–15+ years of experience in federal HR operations, workforce planning, or HR compliance.
- Strong knowledge of federal HR policies, OPM classifications, and records retention requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage HR teams, programs, or processes.
- Experience supporting ODNI, IC, or DoD HR operations.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR/SPHR).
