About the Role

As an HR Systems Analyst, you will gather business needs and requirements, develop solutions, and collaborate with HRIS IT and HR Ops teams. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and revising Workday business processes, continuous process improvement, and ensuring the accuracy of employee data. You will also assist in the design and testing of Workday functionality, create reports and dashboards, and maintain documentation for business processes.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources, HR Systems support, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with ERP/HRIS systems (preferably Workday), including system setup and reporting.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred:

Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems for managing support requests.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
