HUB International is seeking an HR Technology Solutions Consultant (Dayforce) to join their People & Technology Consulting team in Austin, TX. The role involves leading system implementations, optimizing configurations, and supporting HR technology operations.

About the Role

As an HR Technology Solutions Consultant, you will serve as the primary technical advisor for Dayforce implementations, consult on best practices, lead technical discovery sessions, and manage client-side projects. You will also support clients through go-live readiness and provide operational support, ensuring high-quality project outcomes and continuous improvement in HR technology solutions.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
Four to seven years of professional experience in HR technology implementation, administration, or configuration.
Hands-on configuration experience across at least two Dayforce modules: Workforce Management, Payroll, Benefits, or Core HR.

Preferred:

Experience leading or supporting Dayforce implementations or optimization projects.
Dayforce certifications or module-specific training.
