About You
- Bachelor's degree or related experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience with expertise in Workday Recruiting configuration and support.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while building strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with additional Workday modules such as HCM, Talent, and Reporting.
- Exposure to Workday AI capabilities.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar case management tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
