About the Role
As an HRIS Specialist, you will be responsible for developing a thorough understanding of the company's operations and employee population, performing data auditing, developing user procedures, and partnering with IT and Global HR Solutions teams. You will also manage internal support ticketing requests and engage in project work related to system features implementation and process improvement.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field/discipline.
- 2 - 4 Years HRIS experience.
- HRIS experience with Global View, SAP and Success Factors.
- Strong experience/understanding of position management.
- Excellent understanding of government requirements and regulations impacting HRIS systems.
Preferred:
- Experience in a multi-national organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong detail orientation and project management skills.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
