About the Role
As a Broker Partner Sales Representative, you will cultivate and nurture relationships with brokerage firms and internal ADP partners to generate leads and close sales. Responsibilities include educating brokers on HRO solutions, implementing sales strategies, managing multiple sales processes, supporting implementation of sold solutions, cross-selling within ADP, and maintaining high ethical standards while collaborating daily with partners and clients.
About You
Required:
- Positive self-starter with persistence and strong time management skills.
- Proven track record in outside business-to-business sales with quota management and client acquisition.
- Ambitious and able to thrive under pressure to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Relevant experience such as payroll, relationship sales, or HRO experience; military experience with teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and trust-building skills is also valued.
Preferred:
- Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
