About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will lead and motivate a sales team within a designated territory to achieve sales goals by closing deals and winning new business. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, and developing sales associates, providing performance feedback and coaching, ensuring compliance with sales processes, representing ADP at events, and staying current on product technology.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of two years of business-to-business sales or sales management experience with a proven track record of closing sales and managing a territory, or equivalent military experience.
- Strong client interaction and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and motivate a team, including delivering performance feedback and coaching.
- High integrity and reliability in delivering on promises.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, multitasking, and planning skills.
