Summary
Waters Corporation is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Data Analyst to join their Global Real Estate, Facilities & HSE team in Milford, MA. The role involves collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and transforming data into actionable insights to support HSE strategies and initiatives.
About the Role
As an HSE Data Analyst, you will manage Global Sustainability & HSE software platforms, lead troubleshooting efforts, act as a Subject Matter Expert, and develop training content. You will also manage data collection processes, implement standardized data integration, maintain data integrity, and analyze HSE and sustainability data to provide insights and recommendations for performance enhancement.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or metrics development within HSE or compliance-focused environment.
- Bachelor of Science Degree or above.
- Demonstrated strong problem solving and analytical skills, strong attention to detail.
- Strong communications, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Prior experience with HSE data collection and metrics.
- Relevant coursework in data analysis, computer science, data extraction, data exploration, and data visualization.
- Basic knowledge of web development platforms, databases, and infrastructure.
- Experience using Intelex, Power BI, and Celonis software platforms.
