About the Role
As a Hub Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing plant expenses, and leading projects to improve operational efficiency. You will also provide training, manage vendors, and maintain a high level of customer focus.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of plant, production, manufacturing, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of management experience with a team of 10 or more.
- Experience with principles and operation of mechanical equipment such as pumps and compressors.
- Experience with reading and understanding flow diagrams and P&IDs.
Preferred:
- Experience in industrial gas filling or production.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical degree.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
